Parovel Trieste, 20 January 2020 – The heads of the Municipality of Trieste (Mayor, Secretary–General, Director of Public Works) and the President of the Port Authority were reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the crimes of forgery and falsehood, committed by public officers in public deeds to permit a fraud that amounts to several million Euro against two public bodies: the Municipality and the international Free Port of Trieste.
